New Roof
Very happy with the job Kearns Brothers has done replacing our roof after the recent hail storm. Had a great experience with everyone on the team including Gary our sales representative, Joe the project manager and Angel the crew leader. All were professional, very thorough and helpful. Was a pleasure to work with them.
Wyandotte Roofing Project
The first on-site contact was with Rudy Mendez-Residential Exterior Design. On 7-10-23 Mr Mendez explained what would be done, advised us to remove items from walls & shelves, and took a look in the attic to determine the condition. Received a phone call from Krearns about the delivery of materials and the start date. On 8-16-23 The project manager Levi, texted me when the crew should arrive on site. On 8-17-23 I arrived on site, the roofing crew was on site, they quickly removed the old roof and prepped for shingles. Project Manager Levi introduced himself and covered what was going to happen. Levi also indicated that they were changing the placement of the roof vents to all on the West Side of the roof. That they were replacing the Bathroom roof exhaust vent with the correct type vent. They crew worked quickly and finished the roof by about 2:30. Clean-up followed. Crew was efficient and professional. I met with Levi when the crew was finishing up. Roof looks great. Satisisfied with the job done.
Repair visit by Cameron and Xavier to fix problem
Cameron and Xavier are submitting report and estimate to replace caulking with J hooks. They were professional and provided me with much needed confidence that my problem would be resolved. Would recommend this company.

They were great to work with, communicated job process steps and did what they said they would do. They supervised the work crew very effectively. Great Roof Tear-off and Redo
The roof job was top flight in every way. Kearn's Br9s was highly recommended by a previous customer. The job estimate was fairly priced and the team answered every question aling the way. The Project Manager Levi Nieman was quick to address any issues that arose as was Team Leader Abe. Their work was excellent. Five star in every way.
Great company with amazing service!
My experience with Kearns Brothers Roofing was absolutely top notch! Matt Hunter was my original contact who handled my inspection and explained the process to me. He helped immensely with the insurance claim process and helped me work through the claim providing the information, pictures, and support required when the insurance company pushed back. He also made sure my roof didn't leak while going through it! Joe Gagnon was my project manager and handled communications before the project on what to expect as well as final inspection afterward. He also did an extra nail check around the house because we have 2 dogs! Dennis was the team lead and was extremely friendly. They were extremely efficient and knocked my roof out in 1 day! They scheduled it for 2 days, but everything ran smoothly with no surprises. I would highly recommend Kearns Brothers Roofing. They were Extremely Professional from start to finish. They were referred to us by a neighbor and we have since referred Kearns Brothers to several friends.

Great job - great people. Ron & Eddie handled my questions/concerns immediately. The work seemed to flow like a well oiled machine. Impressive. And so was the clean up. Jason Andrews spoke with me before and during the job as he kept me informed as to how the work would go. He completed my final inspection, making sure all was in order & answered all my questions.
